(ARC) has amended the rating validity date of the public, indicative ‘A-(sf)(ind)’ rating accorded to the Series 2019-NF1 Senior Secured Notes issued by Neutral Capital Finance PLC, with stable outlook. This is due to an inaccuracy in the PR published on 18 October 2019, which stated the six (6) month extension would expire on 16 March 2020 where it should have stated 16 April 2020.
