ARC Ratings Announces the Appointment of Elizabeth Dumergue as Chief Compliance Officer

London, 5 February 2024 – Elizabeth Dumergue has been appointed as Chief Compliance Officer of ARC Ratings and will head up ARC’s Compliance Department, ultimately responsible for ensuring that all ARC’s growing activities and operations in various regions are compliant with any applicable legislation.

Elizabeth is a former FCA regulator who has worked on a number of high-profile enforcement investigations. Before joining ARC, Elizabeth has held compliance roles in various financial institutions, such as The Norinchukin Bank, Lloyds Banking Group, and Gore Street Capital. She is also a qualified project manager, and former barrister and solicitor. Elizabeth is very active in the community and non-profit sector and is Director of Diversity, Inclusion and Engagement at Pride in London, as well as being a member of the diversity and inclusion working group at the British Triathlon Federation.
