ARC Ratings, S.A. (ARC Ratings) has affirmed the final public “BBB” medium and long-term issuer ratings, with Stable outlook, assigned to CME – Construção e Manutenção Electromecânica, S.A. (CME) and Tecneira Tecnologias Energéticas, S.A. (Tecneira), based on the Group’s cash generation with residual financial leverage and residual liquidity risk, balanced with the concentration in Portugal and the new investing phase being prepared.
