The Methodology describes ARC’s approach to assessing securitisations in which the primary source of funds to repay the securitisation debt are the cashflows arising from the data centre(s) and potentially also rights over the data centre itself.

ARC does not anticipate any credit impact to its ratings if the proposed methodology is implemented as expected.
